GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS FOR ADMISSION

The following basic Pre-school, Elementary & Secondary programs are offered for BOYS & GIRLS:
· Nursery                  Age: 3 ½ - 4 ½ yrs. 
· Kinder                    Age: 4 ½ - 5 ½ yrs.
· Preparatory            Age: 5 ½ - 6 ½ yrs.
· Grades 1 to 6
· First to Fourth Year High School

1. The school gives entrance tests to all new students. Admission depends upon the results of the entrance test, the average obtained in the previous curriculum level, Conduct grade, the number of vacancies available and final interview. 

2. Students may be admitted upon presentation of the following credentials:
  · Photocopy of the latest report card with second   quarter grades
· Original copy of Recommendation letter from the      Guidance Counselor or Principal
· Photocopy of Birth Certificate authenticated by the NSO
· Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate from the Roman Catholic Church
· Photocopy of Parents’ Marriage Contract from the Roman Catholic Church
· Two (2) copies 1’ x 1’ recent pictures
· Immunization Record (for Nursery, Kinder & Preparatory applicants only)
· All documents must be placed inside a LONG BROWN ENVELOPE
